CONStruct

  • Softscape is any of the growing things many of us love to have in our yards. It’s anything alive—such as flowers, shrubs, succulents, and trees—and is the horticultural element of any landscape design, including these and others:

    • Decorative grasses

    • Lawn

    • Fruit or decorative trees

    • Ground cover such as clover or mulch

    • Flowers

  • All the elements of the built landscape including:

    • Concrete Paths and Driveways

    • Walls and Retaining Walls

    • Paving stones and Flagwork

    • Patios

  • Lawns may require comprehensive rehabilitation from heavy traffic, invasive weeds, pets, and/or poor soils. We offer complete renovations inclusive of re-seeding or lawn alternatives.

    Alternatives may be alternate grass and clover blends, mosses or creeping ground covers . Your options may be dependent on available water, sunlight and environmental conditions.

  • We are happy to advise on your irrigation infrastructure and propose improvements or conversion to water-wise options like drip systems.

    We specialize in converting sprayer systems that are often restricted by water regulations to drip tubing that conserves resources.

  • More and more of our clients are looking to bring the outdoors into their living space. We are happy to help craft outdoor seating, cooking or entertaining areas.

  • Enliven your paths, garden beds and feature plants with top quality low-voltage fittings and lamps.

    We only use professional quality products that are warrantied.

Maintain

  • A year-long service, covering bi-weekly visits March through November, with 3 monthly visits in December, January and February.

    Our team of 3 provides mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, cultivating, debris clean-up and seasonal fertilizing.

    We maintain a routine day for visits to help clients.

  • Once-monthly visits for 12 months of the year.

  • Some clients want to ‘kick-start’ or end the season with help pruning, shearing, lawn work and other yard maintenance.
